Which consoles are eligible?
Specific Allen & Heath mixers and digital consoles including QU, SQ, dLive, and Avantis series. Consoles such as ZED, GLD and OZONE are not covered.
What if my console has existing problems?
All consoles must pass an initial inspection. Pre-existing issues can be repaired first or documented and excluded from coverage.
Can I cancel my plan?
Monthly plans: 30 days notice. Quarterly/annual plans include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, then are non-refundable.
Is there a repair limit?
Professional: $2,500/year. Total Coverage: $4,000/year. Additional repairs available at discounted rates.
Do you offer multi-console discounts?
Yes! 2 consoles: 10% off. 3+ consoles: 15% off. 5+ consoles: 20% off plus dedicated account rep.
