Absolutely. We regularly take over support for existing installations. We'll conduct a thorough system assessment, create as-built documentation if none exists, and establish a baseline for ongoing support. There may be a one-time onboarding fee depending on system complexity.
Our documentation packages include system architecture diagrams, signal flow charts, network topology maps, complete equipment inventories with serial numbers and warranty info, device configuration backups, IP address schedules, cable schedules, user operation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
